Rental Rates

Weekday (Sunday – Thursday)

  • 4 Hours: $250
  • 8 Hours: $400
  • All Day (8 AM – Midnight): $700

Weekend (Friday – Saturday)

  • 8 Hours: $600
  • All Day (8 AM – Midnight): $800
  • Full Weekend (Fri 9 AM – Sun 9 AM): $1,350
  • Extended Weekend (Thu 5 PM – Sun 9 AM): $1,550

Deposit & Damage Fee

  • Deposit: 50% of rental fee (due at booking)
  • Damage Fee: $250 (refundable after inspection if no damages)

Additional Policies

  • Payment: A 3% convenience fee applies to credit card charges.
  • Prohibited Events: No wedding ceremonies, auctions, public sales, gun shows, or any events contrary to Catholic moral grounds.
  • Damages: Client bears full responsibility for all damage costs.
