Rental Policy – Spirit Hall

Full rental policy to be signed upon rental.

Overview & Facility Use

Event Approval: 7841 Management Inc. (“7841 MI”) must approve all events. Certain events (e.g., auctions, gun shows, wholesale events, and weddings) are not permitted.
Facility Access: Rental includes use of the hall, kitchen, pavilion, and grounds. Lake access is prohibited.
Intended Use: Spirit Hall must only be used for the specific event purpose stated in the agreement.

Deposits & Fees: A rental deposit and a separate damage deposit are required. Full rental payment is due at the pre-rental meeting.
Optional Cleaning: Clients may either handle cleaning themselves or pre-purchase cleaning services for an additional fee.
Cancellations/Rescheduling: Rescheduling more than 90 days in advance allows deposit transfer. Cancelling or rescheduling within 90 days of the event may result in loss of deposit.

Alcohol Service: Permitted only for guests of legal drinking age. If selling alcohol, client must obtain required permits and provide proof of event liability insurance (including alcohol coverage) in the amount of at least $1 million.
Liability: 7841 MI is not liable for injury, theft, or damage to personal property. Clients agree to hold 7841 MI harmless.

Decoration Limits: No nails, tacks, or tape on walls/ceilings. Decorations may be hung only from designated hooks.
Cleanup: Tables/chairs must be stored, floors swept, and trash placed in the dumpster. The kitchen (if used) must be left in the same condition it was found. A checklist is provided.
Damage Deposits: Refunded after a post-event inspection if there are no damages and cleaning requirements are met. If damages or excessive cleaning is required, the deposit may be withheld in part or in full.

Prohibited Items/Actions: Fireworks, firearms (except in certain locked/disabled raffle or auction situations), flammable substances, fishing, swimming, or lake use, and smoking within 20 feet of the building.
Music & Closing: Music and alcohol service end at midnight. All guests must vacate by 1:00 a.m.
Compliance: All local, state, and federal laws apply. 7841 MI reserves the right to inspect or cancel any event found in violation of the agreement or misrepresented by the Client.
